I can't find the Map Editor

I have heard there is a map editor with tribes 2. Unfortunatly I cannot find it. Can anyone Help?

start up a game and hit alt+e . It'll bring up all the editor stuff. Tricky stuff if you ask me.. I need to work with it more.
