Hey guys, being a fan of penny-arcade I'm seriously considering (and started to plan a bit) on attending their pax event that's happening on aug 28/29.
Along with the road trip being planned for those driving up to it.
Seems like it'll be a fairly enjoyable geek event.
Just curious to see if anyone else had heard about it..

That looks pretty cool. I'll be there. It's an easy shot for me since it's only about ten miles away.
BTW, that's some really bad site design. On the title page it doesn't list either where it is or what it is. Who designs this crap?

Hey sonic, if it wouldn't be too much of an imposition, would it be possible for me to park my rig at your place, and then pitch in for the parking fees at the center?

Sweet! At this time I'm thinking I'll be staying with a friend who has just moved up outside of portland the night before the event, then just drive up that morning. Canceled my hotel res for the first night of the expo since they (P-A) paid to keep it open for the entire night.

From what I've read the Fragdolls rocked the house:
"Helping them to do so were the Fragdolls, a group of good looking girls who are really good at games. In fact, for RS6:BA, they held a tournament and anyone who could beat the dolls could win a free game, and no free games were given away. Well, they ended up giving games to the two guys that came in second or else no one would have gotten prizes."
