I've got my trusty 1990 Volvo 240DL (aka 73 year old widowed librarian magnet) and the wife has a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage (aka P.O.S.). With the birth of Nuts Jr. last week it was time to upgrade. Of course the Volvo will run for at least another 500,000 miles with no problems, so we got rid of the wife's car today and bought a 2000 Volvo V70 X-County Turbo. Wooo Hoooo. Ya, it's black but I got the guy down from 22k to 18k and it's fully loaded with only 36k miles. Oh ya, and Volvo Certified with warranty.



So, with two Volvos and a wife and kid, should I just give up now? Is this it? Have I finally become so domesticated? Man, I need to watch Robocop and have a beer.

Nice !! I traded up my 83 242 for a 96 854T and love it. It was an awesome car for touring. My friends got an XC 01 or 02 I can't remember but he's very happy with it.
