    My thoughts exactly!

If you were a zombie and I had to kill you, I'd feel sad.

    I love it.

I can't help but laugh at all the morons out there who think carbohydrates=kryptonite.

The anti-carb thing works...it's just that carbs are a hard thing to avoid.

If you have the discipline to religiously avoid carbs, then why not just eat less of everything and work out? The result will be the same AND you'll be in shape. Woo hoo.

The carb-o-phobes don't seem to think about what time of the day you eat carbohydrates, either. If you eat them in the morning they'll give you energy throughout the day and keep your blood sugar from crashing mid-day.

What really packs on the pounds is going to bed with a belly full of carbs. If you simply don't eat carbs after, say, 3 pm. I (and my former nutritionist girlfriend) think you'll achieve better results.

I lost 20 pounds in a couple months (if I remember correctly) by cutting carbs out of my diet. It's hard at first, but you get used to it. Eventually, sugary, carbohydrate-filled foods don't even sound good.

    Hi, I'm Bribo and I'm a bread-a-holic.

    ALL: Hi Bribo.
