So if they do catch him then who do they go after and what will be there methods? Where does terroism stop, and is this good terroism?
There is no good terrorism. The American Party® doesn't condone it, but at least a small segment is ready to say "enough is enough". Even though it is an awkward one, at least it's a first step.

I don't condone this one bit, and would much rather see the Iraqi police or military take Zarqawi out. It may encourage more lawlessness within the country.
