lol, <3
Retired EQ, WoW Player.
I love Bit Torrent, although I always pay for my games. I think the only game I ever "warezed" was Alien vs. Predator 2 Gold - which I just wanted to try out. I ended up buying it from a bargain bin for like $4.99 or something.
BTW, Bit Torrent and P2P is not illegal. It all depends on your purpose.
I use Bit Torrent most often to get large Linux or Open Source ISO. I have 3 or 4 tracker sites I check such as SuprNova, etc.

Paintball is an entertaining recreational activity that you can enjoy with your friends and family. Pre-ordering video games is neither entertaining nor recreational. Further it bestows no advantage over simply showing up on Tuesday.Originally Posted by [AK]Hylander

BTW, all kidding aside I expect each of you that has it to post a review after playing the first level.

For those who haven't read it already, here's the first review of Doom 3 on the Internet.
I know it's hard to believe, but not everyone lives exactly like you Squid. It "bestows" the advantage that not all of us want to go running up to the mall or the nearest EBG in order to pick up the game, or call around to find out if they have it in stock or if they will reserve a copy of it for you. It's much more convenient to simply order online and have it delivered the next day - particularly when periodically they offer free next day, or free 2nd day air. Not all of us need to have it the minute it is released and run to the video store to get it. It's not about having it "first", It is a convenience, and perhaps not to you, not all of us live within 5 minutes of the nearest game store nor pass one on their way to or from work. Some of us don't enjoy going to the mall and putting up with the Tim Conway shuffle window shoppers or teeny boppers walking on the wrong side of the walking line 5 wide. It's a convenience.Originally Posted by [AK]Squidly
