anyone download the multiplayer demo?

I was just curious if any of you grabbed the beta off of fileplanet? And weather or not is was worth the subscription to FP to get it.

I think it's pretty damned good. I'm not sure they exactly nailed the original Tribes feel, but it's still a lot of fun, and the graphics and sound are excellent. For a beta, the game is already pretty smooth and glitch-free (with a few exceptions). T:V definately has the potential to be as good or better than T1, and I think it's worth the subscription, Rocks.

I have been waiting for this one.. I am downloading also I just got the 3mb DSL and it is nice to finally put it to use.

I regress on the skiiing take. Any noob can now ski but after some time in the game ive found you can indeed still gain very nice accelerated speeds using old school skiiing methods.
