Okay, so the Mrs. is starting to telecommute 4 times a week. Her employer will pay up to $75 of her monthly cellular phone bill. So I began investigating VoIP Phone service as a way of reducing the expectedly high phone bill (both home and cellular) that she will start causing. The service seems to have greatly improved, costs are very reasonable and set-up seems easy. I was looking at LINGO and was close to purchasing when I started looking at reviews... all of them were negative. Poor customer service, constantly rebooting the VoIP box, poor connection when talking to cell phones, and when the box breaks you lose your house phone.

I'm curious if anyone has any 1st hand (or 2nd hand) experience with any VoIP providers. Thanks.
