Ok, over the weekend I finally got some time and got my server back on the Internet. So inlight of today's big Star Wars release day I have a Dedicated AK Battlefront Server up on the net. I don;t have the game yet so it can;t be tested, so be the first to tryout our newest game. Let me know if you want a password, since these BF servers will be home of the PS2 slackers too!

I'll be going to Best Buy tonight to pick up "The Trilogy" DVD set, so I'll probably be on at some point tonight.

Good marketing idea to release Battlefront with the SW DVD. I picked it up at Strawberries today here in Boston. They had a guy in a Stormtrooper suit with a blaster outside of the store. $49.99 with a $15 mail in rebate. Not bad considering Borders just up the street wanted $59.99. Any idea how much the trilogy was going for at BestBuy (I assume the Albany AK crew made a mall run today).

I just checked on BestBuy.com--the game and DVD are going for $42.99 each according to the site.

I had the same problem, Stitch--it turned out that the "1" looked like an "l".
First impression after about an hour of single play:
Pros: It's like Battlefield: Star Wars.
Negatives: It's like Battlefield: Star Wars.
