    Interesting Package

I had a UPS notice stuck to my door last night, stating I had 2 packages from the Dept. of The Army awaiting my signature. I've been out since 2002, and out of the Ready Reserve since Feb 2004.

Any guesses as to what they may be?

I'll be picking them up at UPS at 3:30 or so. Speculate until tonight.....

    Kidd says medical records...
BUT, they packages are listed at 1lb/ea, and you and I both know that Army Medical records could fit into a huge box....

    Taking bets.

You're being called up to serve in the Salvation Army, which is invading France on Christmas Eve.

Or perhaps it's a covert op somewhere near Corinth, NY... but I wouldn't speculate on the YogaMaster target.

I think Hylander has something here. The packages are your bell and bucket, for collecting donations outside of businesses!! Keep your head up, and let us know just what it is. Godspeed

Unless, there was some things you left behind that belonged to you. I would have to say it was medical records and SRB.

Corinth, NY? Don't you live in Ballston Spa?

Or is this some kind of transcendental thing?

package #1 was my entire personnel file. apparantly, the army has gone electronic. all forms were scanned, and hard copies sent to the soldier (hence the signature)

package #2 is still MIA. UPS said it was a small letter.
    maybe it's a check

Yup I was a Nuke in the navy. Actually Zorro was too. Was kinda funny relating stories with him. I never spent too much time in the town.. me and my roomie spent our off time in Troy partying with the college chicks. He grew up there so we had an in to all the hot spots (specially since I was only 20 at that time) I was there in the winter of 92-93 and it was pretty cool. Most snow I have ever seen. Thank god we lived right down the road from the site...had to walk a couple of times since we got plowed in and my car was not ready for that weather.
