The way its positioned it definetly looks like a G.I. Joe, and the gun pointed at its head looks like the gun it would've come in the package with.

vest is wrong, and why is he still wearing it? Boots don't look like standard desert combat issue either. too dark. and, as crazy as it sounds, his pants are out of his boots, which is nearly impossible to do unless they are pulled out. And as a soldier, you just don't do that. It's internalized. I say fake.

I was surfing about looking for a GI Joe that matched. Looks like Drudge or one of his million sources beat me to it. I love that it was on the CNN front page for as long as it was.
