Heh, it's fun to watch Bush co-opt Democrat institutions :-). The lefties offer don't offer any options to Bush's plans, only opposition. As long as they continue in that vein, the Dems are sunk. Appointing Howard Dean as the head of the DNC will pretty much seal their fate. Yeaaaaaargh!

Watching the State of the Union Address last night, my thought was that the future opponents of incumbent Dems there should have recorded footage of how the Dems reacted to Bush's remarks, for use in campaigns later.

"This is how Sen. (pick a lib incumbent) reacted to the free voting in Iraq."

Cut to shot of sour-faced Democrat incumbent. Repeat as needed for Social Security, Tax Reform et al.

It was great to see all the stone faces on the leftist side of the room. Hillary looked about 75, and Kerry appeared to have OD'd on Botox again.
