"San Pablo backs use of eminent domain"

"The San Pablo City Council on Monday endorsed a move to take the Circle S Mobile Home Park by eminent domanin to replace it with market-rate housing. The council vouted to also take by eminent domain a property owned by the same landlord that contains a Salvation Army store."

It won't last long... at least half the states are working on legislation and there are numerous proposals going around congress. This ruling really struck a huge chord with the general public and the politicians know it. They know they need to pass something.
