It is great, I had to call them once for a replacement hard drive. It didn't fail, but it wouldn't but up on occasion and I sent it back and they had it back to me in just a couple of days. Their tech support even emailed me to let me know what was going on through the process.

I had also purchased the extended warranty from Phillips at the time.
