NTFS & XCACLS.vbs
Does anyone out there have experience with xcacls.vbs?
Not a big issue but when I'm using xcacls.vbs and assigning permissions to a user group, by GUI perms are showing up as special permissions. Sure they work, but they don't look like I expected them to.
EX:
xcacls.vbs d:\apps\appliction1\database\helpmanuals /E /G "nave\argus users":XWM
The command runs, but when I open the security tab the permissions show up s pecial permissions. I thought that XWMFLR were all GUI standard rights. Why are they showing as special permissions only? Strange.
