    I spent my birthday battling the spiders that seem to get in my house. I've decided to initiate an all out offensive from the basement. Operation Humidity has commenced, and I feel it is having an immediate effect.
    The green ones have all but obliterated, now I have the advanced scouts, the dreaded "Wolf" spiders to contend with.

    Besides that, I've been trying to set a goal to be more health conscious. I did something Squid mentioned a while back, and cut out salt and sodium. I've also cut out all "regular" soda, and only have the occasional diet because of aspartame or splenda(sucralose). But the most important part, is that I cut all meal portions in half. (Yes stitch and gunny, I said half). End result, on 8/4 I weighed in at 254lbs. Today, 228. I bought a weight bench also, so now I can get all buff and stuff.

    Ok, that post was weird. Thanks guys!
