Problem viewing certain pages.

I have the most annoying problem going on right now and I cant figure out how to fix it.

On certain pages, I cannot view images. I have no Idea what it is. I have messed with just about everything.

The banner at the top, I cannot view on my desktop computer. On my laptop and all other computers I use, these .jpg's are viewable no problem.

I downloaded Firefox to see if they would show up and that didn’t work. So I know its a dam setting of some sort..


In my IE settings I cannot change the security settings for some reason. I keep trying to reset it to medium -low and it wont allow it. Stays at medium.
the error says

the recommended security level for this zone is medium.
the security level you have shosen is lower than this. Please choose a security level of medium or higher.

Will not let me change anything.

Help me.
