Instead of a useless poll, I thought I would start a conspiracy theory thread. These week's hair-brained plot:

The H5N1 Avian Flu was released into the environment when Siberian research scientists, under the direct guidance of the Bush Administration, defrosted a fully preserved Mammoth. When the Mammoth was thawed, microbes that were co-frozen with the creature were released into the air and attacked birds, close decedents of dinosaurs. George Bush was well aware of what would occur and pressured the Russian Government and Putin himself to continue with further research in hopes of killing all people that live outside of Texas. Alexi Tikhonov of the Zoological Institute of St. Petersburg is said to be a contractor for Halliburton.

I figure, "Hey, I'm not a bird!", so I haven't put much thought into it. Is someone trying to kill off the parrot population? I hope so, they are so noisy at Petsmart.

Personally, I like how the media plays this whole thing up. You have to read between the lines. 62 people have died from Bird Flu symptoms. So out of what? like, 6.5 billion people, 62 have died of what may or may not be bird flu. Is this really news?

And 24 people died in twisters... is this national news?

Over 1.1 million people die every year in car accidents, yet few ever make the news. Every year 38 million are injured in auto wrecks. 38 million! What's 62 compared to that?

Tuesday's conspiracy theory:

After George Bush failed to kill all the "so poor, so black" living in New Orleans by using Delta Force commandos to blow up the levee system around New Orleans, he has instituted a new plan. With secret Haliburton contracts, the Bush Administration has been moving poor, black New Orleans refugees from Houston to Paris. Once there, the refuguees instinctually being their riotous actions again. Hence, the French riots are Bush's fault.
