    Motion Denied!

    I found this one on TheSmokingGun the other night. The first page of the motion has the typical legal mumbo-jumbo. On page 2, the judge let's them have it and then finishes them off with one of the best legal footnotes ever drafted by a sitting Federal Judge. Enjoy!
