Yup. I saw that. The concept looks great. I like fighting in mechs.

I'll probably pick it up a couple of years after the release date, once DICE's alpha and beta testing are done and the patches are out.

If they're adding mech, they better add localized damage physics - so we can knock out a mech's leg functionality, for example.

But it's probably just going to be a BF2 mod, rather then a new engine.

Cool concept. Agreed on the localized mech damage. Hopefully this is a whole new product and not just a BF2 mod.
