lol, well the haircut would come after the dreads if i didnt like em....last time I had hair this long was in hs, and i still have regrets about not tryin it out before cutting it....i just dunno....

Havinng lived in the hippie & pot capitol of the United States (Arcata, California), I can honestly say that white folks with dreads is a pretty ghastly site. It's like a white kid driving a honda with all the NoS stickers, ground effects, neon lights, and cool japanese text on his windsheild. He may think he's cool... his friends think he's cool... but everyone else thinks he a dork.

Don't be a dork. If all your friends have goofy-ass hippie hair, do something different. Go for a high 'n tight.

given it some thought, and chances are I wont be getting dreads....the more I think about it, the less I want company up there. As for a high and tight, I did that for more then 6yrs when working as an EMT/Firefighter. The ultimate deciding factor was the old lady telling me I'd be banned to the couch for good if I did anything to change the way it is now.
