    Unhappy Sunday 9/2

Sorry guys, but I will be so far outta reach of a pc that I can't even plug in a lap top. Which is what I would do in any situation that I wasn't backpacking a 32 mile 2 night and 3 day hike. So I'll be out from the 1st through 3rd. Great game guys! There is so much written that I still haven't got it all read yet.

Well, I'm back, and absolutely very sore. My legs have never before felt so dead. Carrying a 60+ pack on your back for 30 miles in 3 days isn't what I'm going to call a vacation ever again. Anyone wanna buy a barely used 95 liter expedition pack

I'd buy it but I already own one. A 30 mile hike sounds like Nirvana to me. I wish I had the time to get out and take one!

A three day backpacking trip sounds like heaven. I may need the backpack. The one I used as a teen doesn't fit around my expanding midsection any more. This is the hidden price of an office job.

I was in the Boy Scouts for most of high school. Haven't been backpacking in a long, long time. I'm not sure if my old one would fit anymore, either. Beer+office job=more waist expansion than Leonidas

Well that trip was just my warm up for the next one that will be a total of 4 days, 3 nights, and 45 miles of hiking total. I've done this stuff before, but instead of completing the entire trip we always crashed at the first camp and pretended to complete the rest. WV has some great trails, and it's only about 3 hours from me. Bad part is that these trails have tons of really big hills.

Right off of the Ohio River. I can't remember the next park's name, but the last place we were at was called Shawnee State Park. I tried to do a little trout fishing at Shawnee, but came up with nothing. Know of any great places to go in WV?
