The snowstorm where I am today has shown me how woefully I have neglected my library of late. I need to replenish my stash, so I wondered what you guys are reading right now or if you have a favorite off the wall recommendation. I read just about anything that is printed from nonfiction to fluff and am pretty voracious when it comes to books so the more recommendations the better.

Some of my recent (within the past year or two) favorites:

Between Silk and Cyanide Leo Marks (no this is not a cheezy murder it is a memoir of the head of English CODE MAKER in WWII)

The Genome in 23 chapters Matt Ridley

An Instance at the Fingerpost Iain Pears (This is historical mystery stuff but interesting because of the technical writing style rather than the story)

The Harry Potter Books (Hey everyone needs candy once and a while)
