Stitch, you don't need the CD. The 1.6 patch rewrote EVERYTHING so the CD was only good as far as the code to create an account. Go to their downloads page and you can download the full install of version 1.81. This is the full game, no CD required.

I have heard great things about this patch. I expect I am going to try it out again this weekend sometime.
