DAM Ventrilo!!

This is one thing I cant figure out for the life of me and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and fixed it...

Whenever a map is loading in DC,BF, and Vietnam I can only hear people speak. I cant talk till after the map has loaded on my machine.. Drives me nutz.. My sound drivers are up to date. I dont have a sound card couse my ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe has

-ADI AD1985 SoundMAX 6-channel CODEC
-Audio Sensing and Enumeration Technology
-support S/PDIF out interface

and theres no bios updates that I have found for it.

Any help would be greatfull

My ventrilo REALLY stinks. Sometimes it will inexplicably cut out, where either no one will be able to hear me, I won't be able to hear anyone else, or both. It tends to happen after map loads, or when people join. No idea what causes it.

Hey fight club, check your Phonics by the way. You may want to change that because currently it's completely spelling your name, rather than saying it.

I used to have the same problem that you're describing, FC. I haven't had it since I upgraded from 512 MB to 1 GB of RAM.

I have a 1 gig installed also.. this is driving me nutz lol...
