I thought the prisoners in question were pow's not local iraqi town drunks and the sort. I agree that if we obtain valuable info that saves American lives I am all for using these sorts of interrogation techniques if the end justifies the means. We have to stop going to "war" and play by totally different rules than the enemy. They know the rules we have to adhere to and take a certain level of comfort in those rules knowing they can fight as dirty as they want because we will still stick to the ROE.
