The torch was made from some old rags which I soaked in lamp oil before lighting. The "bra strap" is actually my medicine bag which I had loaded with little packets of flash powder and gun powder which I threw into the fire now and again. The explosions threw huge flumes of smoke into the air. The kids were loving it.

Hopefully, I've made some good memories for them here. This is likely my last bonfire with the Cub Scouts as my son will be moving on to Boy Scouts next year.
