Hey Stitch, I am glad it fixed your HDTV problem. I try to stay on top of the ATI drivers, so I'll let you know here when anything new comes out.
Thanks,

What I need to do now is get a good picture of my new tv with the PC hooked up. Using VideoLAN to stream HD .ts stuff is amazing. So far I've watched the following.
The Bourne Identity 1080i
Shrek 1080i
Ronin 720p
Die Another Day 1080i
A friend of my has the Return on The King in 1080i but it's 18.5gb. So I haven't had a chance to leech it from him yet.
Has anyone had any experience using VLC (VideoLAN )?

Videolan is a very interesting concept! havent tried it tho. Id like to report that the 66.81 drivers from Nvidia work great with 6800 series cards and provide a noticable increase in smoothness while playing D3d titles.
BTW off topic but How do these 1080 movies look? Im curious to check one out. Are there any uploaded to ftp by chance?
