Set a course for wackiness with a warp factor of fun and give a listen to William Shatner's new album, "Has Been". My favorite songs are "Common People", "That's Me Trying", "I Can't Get Behind That", "Real", and the title track, "Has Been".

Us Canadians try sooooo very hard to be recognized internationally for our ingenuity, for our integrity, for our bravery....

I've never listened to his previous forays in the musical field, but I enjoyed him in the songs he did on Ben Folds's side project album, Fear of Pop. (In fact, the last e-mailing I got from Ben's website was pitching this record, noting that Ben produced and played on the album, as well as co-wrote one of the tracks with High Fidelity author Nick Hornsby.)
I'll definitely be giving this one a listen.
Stern played a ton of those a couple weeks ago, and had Shatner on while he reviewed it. Pretty funky stuff.
