I would reduce damage of the knife. I understand its a punishment for letting someone get close, but we have all had the experience of plugging M60 bullets into someone chest as the run at you and knife you. I would slow down the noob tube also, make it as fast (or as slow) as the rocket launchers. I would also increase the load time.
